We accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is undamaged and is in original, unused condition. To return an item, please follow the first 2 steps below:
1. Contact me to alert me of your intent to return. Please provide your order #, the reason for your return and what portion of your order you are returning and INCLUDE THE TRACKING NUMBER. Returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer UNLESS, see #3.
2. Once I receive the return, I will issue a refund (minus the cost of shipping) if the item is in its original, unused condition.
3. If an item arrives damaged, please immediately send a photo of the damaged item and the box it came in using this Contact me link, so I can take the appropriate steps with our shipping carrier. Depending on your preference, you can receive a refund for the damaged item or I can expedite a replacement item at no cost.
We ship only within the USA using USPS.
All of our jewelry and products displays are made-to-order and ship 3 BUSINESS days from purchase (excluding holidays). No exceptions. Our Home Decor ships the next business day.
Shipping costs are auto-calculated by the carrier and are based on the weight and dimensions of the box your order is shipped in, however, we are often able to package your order under the calculated estimate. In the event you overpaid for shipping, you will receive a refund for the overpayment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your order information as well as the tracking number with a link to USPS shipping updates.
