We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is undamaged and in original, unused condition. To return an item, please follow these steps carefully:
1. Send an email to melissa[at]arrayanddisplay[dot]com to alert me of your intent to return. Please provide your order #, the reason for your return and what portion of your order you are returning. I will then send an USPS postage label to you via email that must be used within 24 hours.
2. Once I receive the return, I will issue a refund if the item appears to be in it's original condition.
3. If an item arrives damaged, please immediately send a photo of the damaged item and the box it came in to melissa[at]arrayandisplay[dot]com so I can take the appropriate steps with USPS. Depending on your preference, you can receive a refund or I can expedite a replacement item at no cost.
All of our products are made-to-order and ship 3 BUSINESS days from purchase unless otherwise noted on the product description. Logo items take up to 5 days to ship.
We use USPS for shipping because it is the only carrier available to us out here on the farm. We currently ship only within North American at this time, with plans to ship international soon. Shipping costs are auto-calculated by the carrier and are based on the weight and dimensions of the box your order is shipped in.
One your purchase has shipped, you will be notified by email which will contain your order information as well as the tracking number with a link to USPS shipping updates.
