RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is undamaged and is in original, unused condition.  To return an item, please follow these steps carefully:

1.  Send an email to melissa[at]arrayanddisplay[dot]com to alert me of your intent to return.  Please provide your order #, the reason for your return and what portion of your order you are returning.  I will then send an USPS postage label to you via email that must be used within 24 hours.  

2.  Once I receive the return, I will issue a refund (minus shipping cost) if the item is in unused condition.

3.  If an item arrives damaged, please immediately send a photo of the damaged item and the box it came in to melissa[at]arrayandisplay[dot]com so I can take the appropriate steps with USPS.  Depending on your preference, you can receive a refund or I can expedite a replacement item at no cost.

 


SHIPPING

All of our products are made-to-order and ship 3 BUSINESS days from purchase (excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted on the product description.  Logo items ship 5 days from purchase (excluding holidays) - if you purchased several products including a logo item, they will all ship together.

We use USPS for shipping because it is the only carrier available to us out here on the farm.  We ship only within the USA at this time.  Shipping costs are auto-calculated by the carrier and are based on the weight and dimensions of the box your order is shipped in, however, we are often able to package your order under the calculated estimate.  In the event you overpaid for shipping, I will reimburse the overage if it is at least $1 USD.

Once your purchase has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order information as well as the tracking number with a link to USPS shipping updates.
