Welcome

Here's a quick summary of our policies and they go into great detail toward the bottom. I've included information for every experience we have encountered, but if anything here is unclear please contact us.

IN SUMMARY:

SHIPPING: (very, very important!!)
We ship 3 business days from purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), no exceptions. PURCHASING FASTER SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN WE MAKE THE PRODUCT FASTER - regardless of the method of shipping you select, we still require 3 days to create your product. Please add the additional days for expected delivery to the 3 days when calculating your order's arrival. We do not refund shipping costs if your item was not delivered on the date you anticipated it to arrive. Please note we cannot rush or ASAP your order even if you ask nicely and bribe us with chocolate cake. THREE DAYS.

PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AT TIME OF ORDER:
The Buyer is responsible for supplying us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. If USPS indicates the address on your invoice is "unconfirmed", I will contact you (Buyer) asking for a correct address. If Buyer does not respond with a correct address within 24 hours, I will refund and cancel the order. If you gave the wrong address when purchasing, we must cancel your order so you can re-order with the corrected address (sorry for the inconvenience, but we will not remember to change your address at the time your order is due to ship 3 days after purchase). If your order was delivered to the wrong address (that you provided), you will need to re-order. If the package that went to the wrong address is returned to us (it rarely happens) we will issue a refund of the purchase price.

DISCOUNTS, ALTERATIONS, CUSTOM ORDERS:
We respectfully decline the following:
- request for discounts or pricing decreases
- requests for trade and barter
- size alterations
- requests to duplicate designs of other Sellers on Etsy
- requests for colors other than what we offer. We offer "bare wood" as an option so you can finish it however you like.

DISCOUNTS:
Discounts, if any, are listed on the banner of our cover page.

REFUNDS:
We offer refunds of the purchase price if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the items within 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. The item(s) must be unused and undamaged to receive a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and we do not refund them.


EXCHANGES:
Because every purchase is made-to-order, we keep no inventory so there is nothing to exchange. You can, however, return your purchase for a refund (minus shipping costs) and then place an order for the colors/sizes you want so your new (replacement) order is put into the production queue.

Payments

We accepts payments via Etsy Direct Checkout where you can pay either with a credit card or PayPal all in the same place.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER:
Only orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. Once the order has shipped I cannot retrieve it. If you want to cancel your order before it ships, please follow these steps:

1. If item has not yet shipped, go to " Your Account > Purchases & Reviews" to cancel your order.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DATE OF DELIVERY:
We DO NOT guarantee any package will be delivered by any specific date, even if there is an "expected arrival" date listed on your tracking information. The USPS delivery dates are suggestions for delivery, not guarantees, and that includes EXPRESS shipping which should arrive in 1 day guaranteed but sometimes it doesn't!

TO ESTIMATE SHIPPING COSTS:
Place items in your cart and supply your zip code (USA) or country (International). You can remove the items if you decide not to purchase.

Once an item has shipped, it cannot be retrieved. We will not send out free duplicate orders to replace orders that went to the wrong address. When the order is returned to us, we can then forward it to the correct address after these conditions are met, 1) Buyer pays returned shipping charges, if any, and 2) Buyer pays shipping costs for order to be re-shipped to the correct address. If the wrong address was given at time of purchase and the Buyer needs the order right away, Buyer can place a duplicate order and a refund will be issued once the original order is returned to us.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and the dimensions of the package and are calculated by USPS, the only carrier we have access to. Several shipping options for both domestic and international are available to you from your shopping cart.

A NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: the USPS delivery estimates are for shipping the item to the destination country - meaning when it will be received in-country at customs. It is not an estimate for when it will arrive at your mailbox/doorstep (as told to me by our mail carrier). Our experience indicates international items approximately 2-3 weeks if we're lucky, but generally 3-4 weeks is the norm. We only have tracking information on international shipments if the destination country scans the shipment while it is being processed for delivery. Once it has entered the destination country, we are unable to get information on the whereabouts of the package other than the information provided if the package is scanned outside of the US. Packages held in Customs in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

CUSTOMS, VAT & OTHER TAXES:
We do not include them in the product price or the shipping cost. The Buyer is responsible for any and all customs, taxes and duties fees for importing our products into the Buyer's home country. The customs declaration information I put on the package will not contain false information for any reason. Packages held in customs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

We offer refunds of the purchase price if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the items within 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. We do not refund initial shipping costs or returned shipping costs.

TO REQUEST A REFUND:
1. Send an email/convo indicating your intent to return the item BEFORE you ship the item back to us
2. Once you have notified us of intent to return, ship the item WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT
3. PLEASE email the tracking number to me so I can watch for it.
3. No refunds will be issued until we receive the returned item.
4. The Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs which we do not refund.
5. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED original condition. Once we have reviewed the returned item(s) and determined they are in good condition the refund of the purchase price will be issued.

BREAKAGE DURING TRANSIT: (Please read these steps carefully)
Buyer must contact us within TWO days from date of delivery to report breakage during transit. TAKE A PHOTO of BOTH the packaging and the damaged product and email them to me. Depending on your preference, we will either issue a refund or dispatch an identical item at no cost to the buyer.
