ETSY CUSTOMERS: pleeeeeeease do not use this contact form for questions about your Etsy order - if you contacted us via Etsy please be patient as we create and ship hundreds of orders per day and get to emails as soon as we can! It is imperative that you go back to Etsy and contact us there so we can keep our orders and shipment tracking separate and organized.
2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY/ADDRESS? Scroll to the bottom for our address and return policy. Please, please include your receipt with your return so we can process it promptly.
3. DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM REQUESTS? No, we don’t do custom work or alterations to our product line.
4. DO YOU OFFER COLOR SAMPLES? Yes, you will find a listing in each category (they are not free).
5. WHERE DO YOU SHIP? Only within the United States.
Our products are made-to-order and ship 3 business days from purchase, no exceptions, sorry. Please include these 3 days when selecting your shipping method at checkout:
USPS GROUND = slooooow [approx. 9 days],
USPS PRIORITY = 2-3 days [NOT guaranteed],
USPS EXPRESS = extremely expensive but arrives by noon the next business day, guaranteed.
