1.  ETSY CUSTOMERS:  pleeeeeeease do not use this contact form for questions about your Etsy order - it is imperative that you go back to Etsy and contact us there so we can keep our orders and shipment tracking separate and organized.  Thank you for understanding!

2.  WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?  Our jewelry displays and product displays are made-to-order and ship 3 business days from purchase, no exceptions. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method at checkout:

  • GROUND = slooooow [approx. 9 days],  

  • PRIORITY = 2-3 days [NOT guaranteed],

  • EXPRESS = extremely expensive but arrives by noon the next business day, guaranteed.  All other products ship the next business day from purchase.

3.  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY/ADDRESS? Scroll to the bottom for our mailing address and return policy.  Please, please include your receipt with your return so we can process it promptly.

4.  DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM REQUESTS?  Yes, on a case-by-case basis but please don't be offended if we decline - we know what our limitations are :)  If you are inquiring about custom work, please include a photo or sketch and include dimensions of each product.
